Create a Wallet

Download the MetaMask Wallet and follow the steps to make your wallet. Always remember to keep the 12-word seed phrase a secret! Do not share it with anyone ever! Nobody will never ask you for your seed phrase, ever!

Add the SmartBCH network

Click on the wallet you just downloaded, next click on the dropdown that says Ethereum Mainnet and select Custom RPC. Now you just need to fill in these details

Bridge BCH to SmartBCH

Now you need to bridge your already bought BCH to SmartBCH. There are many ways of doing that already, but we recommend CoinFLEX. Alternatively you can find other bridges here!

  1. Create an account

  2. Deposit BCH through either a legacy or cash address(Most exchanges use both) on CoinFLEX. 

  3. Withdraw your newly deposited BCH through SmartBCH(SEP20) on CoinFLEX.

    3a. Your SmartBCH(SEP20) Address can be found in your MetaMask wallet below your Account Name.

 

Find a decentralized exchange

You can check the list of exchanges supporting FIRE in our Markets tab.
Ensure that the slippage is at ~5.5% by checking the Transaction Settings.

Now just click Swap!

HODL

All there is left now for you to do is HODL and see your balance grow from fee distribution!
